I admire your strength and I have never seen any body write a detailed report like you do.
Annie is exceptionally efficient, very knowledgable with regards to medical aids medicine etc. She is compassionate, understanding and has the best communication skills - you always know what is going on with your appointments, claims etc and she has so much compassion and empathy for anybody suffering with mental health. My experience with this team has been nothing short of excellent.
